| March 9, 2011 – The IAFF is saddened to learn of the passing of a great leader. Former IAFF 7th District Vice President and Boise, ID Local 149 President Emeritus Jim Martinez, 80, passed away Sunday, March 6, 2011. A private service has been planned for family and friends. |
