| March 1, 2011 -- The IAFF is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for local union leaders to gain advanced executive leadership training through a new scholarship program. Two full scholarships are available for qualifying IAFF members to attend the joint Harvard Law School – University of Ottawa Executive Leadership Program. Originally developed for the Canadian Police Association, this certificate program teaches advanced leadership skills in a number of key areas during three three-day sessions taking place in Ottawa in May 2011 November 2012 and May 2012.
