Local 1775 Firefighter Mark Tracey will ride across California in hopes to raise money for those suffering from a debilitating disease in the 2010 Arthritis Foundation's California Coast Classic Bicycle Tour. This is Mark's second time participating in the event, riding 525 miles from San Francisco to Los Angeles. His fundraising goal is $3000 dollars by August 23rd, 2010. 
Funds raised during the ride support arthritis research and community based education for people affected by this disease.
Nearly 46 million Americans suffer from arthritis - one out of every five people in the U.S, including more than 300,000 children. It is time to find a cure, and you can help by donating a few dollars to Mark's effort.
